大家是不是有過(guò)這樣的經(jīng)歷，比如在國(guó)內(nèi)的某家IDC注冊(cè)域名，想轉(zhuǎn)移走的時(shí)候卻不給你域名轉(zhuǎn)移碼，或者問(wèn)你收取手續(xù)費(fèi)?或者各種理由推脫的?我相信大家肯定對(duì)此很反感!本文將講訴我的域名成功轉(zhuǎn)移的經(jīng)歷，相信一定能幫助到正在困惑的你。
域名轉(zhuǎn)移注冊(cè)商時(shí)必須向原注冊(cè)商索取到 轉(zhuǎn)移密碼（auth-code）才能進(jìn)行。像Godaddy等國(guó)外注冊(cè)商，一般在控制面板上就可以直接點(diǎn)擊一個(gè)按鈕發(fā)送auth-code到域名所有人的郵箱之中，國(guó)內(nèi)的注冊(cè)商一般都沒(méi)有自由獲取轉(zhuǎn)移密碼的功能，需要聯(lián)系注冊(cè)商或之前注冊(cè)域名的代理商，人工索取轉(zhuǎn)移密碼，或提出要進(jìn)行域名轉(zhuǎn)出。這樣原注冊(cè)商一般會(huì)給出相應(yīng)的處理流程。
我們可以在ICANN投訴他們。我想很多和我一樣的朋友都不知道ICANN是什么，他的中文名是《互聯(lián)網(wǎng)名稱與數(shù)字地址分配機(jī)構(gòu)》，如果我們向這個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)投訴域名注冊(cè)商，是會(huì)影響他們注冊(cè)資格的。說(shuō)白了就是，你不給轉(zhuǎn)移，你就等著被撤銷注冊(cè)資格(可能有點(diǎn)夸張)。說(shuō)到這里，看客們應(yīng)該都明白了。這就是我們維權(quán)的地方!
下面我將為大家詳解，如何通過(guò)投訴拿到國(guó)際域名轉(zhuǎn)移碼：
首先，你得準(zhǔn)備一些資料：
1、要維權(quán)的域名
2、域名注冊(cè)商的網(wǎng)站地址
3、一份英文申訴文本
這里需要說(shuō)的是域名注冊(cè)商指的是給你域名注冊(cè)的機(jī)構(gòu)!看域名證書(shū)即可知道，但是別看錯(cuò)。一定要是ICANN監(jiān)管的域名注冊(cè)商。
下面，我們就要開(kāi)始真正的域名轉(zhuǎn)移碼投訴了!
首先，打開(kāi)ICANN投訴的網(wǎng)址：http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi
第一步，點(diǎn)擊：Domain Transfer
第二步：點(diǎn)擊 Transfer Complaint Form
第三步：輸入 姓名拼音、郵件(很重要)、電話、域名
第四步：輸入你要描述的文本(英文)
英文描述文本(大家可以自己對(duì)照著修改)：
I bought a domain (AAA.com) in 2008.
I decided to transfer my domain to other for the better service and lower renew price.
But the agent disappeared and dont provide the auth code to me. And data.top ask me to renew the domain first which will cost me 100 RMB.
I think Im the domain owner and I have the right of transfering my domain by free. But many domain agents in China (not only data.top)always set up many check points and collect fees to avoid customers transfering domain out of them.
Pls ask data.top send the auth code of (AAA.com) to its owner email and regulate the behavior of Chinese agents.

備注：修改地方很簡(jiǎn)單，AAA.com改成你自己的域名，2012改成你域名注冊(cè)的時(shí)間，Sundns.com 改成域名注冊(cè)商網(wǎng)站(前面說(shuō)到的，一定要是ICANN監(jiān)管的機(jī)構(gòu))
OK，大功告成，然后輸入驗(yàn)證碼，提交就行了。ICANN工作效率還是很高的，1-5個(gè)工作日吧，我是凌晨1點(diǎn)發(fā)表的投訴，當(dāng)天下午5點(diǎn)IDC就發(fā)來(lái)了域名轉(zhuǎn)移碼。
投訴成功ICANN會(huì)給你發(fā)郵件的，所以郵箱一定要填寫(xiě)正確!如果英文郵件不知道說(shuō)什么，拿到谷歌翻譯一下。就知道了。下面送上獲取轉(zhuǎn)移碼成功的截圖，希望大家早日拿到自己的轉(zhuǎn)移碼。
打開(kāi)后可以選擇改成中文（但是投訴填寫(xiě)資料時(shí)會(huì)重新變到英文）
看到take action 選擇Transfer Domain Name to Different Registrar
在About Auth-Codes后邊選擇 Transfer Complaint Form
1、Name 填寫(xiě)您的名字 最好是注冊(cè)域名時(shí)的所有人 可查詢whios信息得到 必填
2、Organization(if any)填寫(xiě)組織機(jī)構(gòu)，選填
3、Email 填寫(xiě)你的郵箱地址，最好是注冊(cè)域名時(shí)的email，方便聯(lián)系 必填
4、Telephone Number填寫(xiě)您的電話
5、Domain Name 您要投訴的域名 必填
6、Indicate the reason(s) why the transfer of the domain name was not successful 選擇為什么轉(zhuǎn)移域名不成功的原因，也就是投訴理由 必填，根據(jù)自己的原因認(rèn)真選擇，不要亂選。
My registrar blocked the transfer because I did not pay the transfer fee.
The registrar blocked the transfer because I have not paid for a pending or future registration period.
這兩個(gè)選項(xiàng)可以打上勾（因?yàn)槲业氖怯捎谵D(zhuǎn)出需要費(fèi)用）
7、Please indicate which of the following you have completed in working with your current or losing registrar 選擇你已經(jīng)做過(guò)的努力但是還是沒(méi)有成功獲取轉(zhuǎn)移碼的行為根據(jù)具體原因認(rèn)真選擇
I asked the registrar to provide me the auth-code, but it was not sent within the 5 days following my request. 我勾選的這個(gè)，向注冊(cè)商申請(qǐng)轉(zhuǎn)移碼但是超過(guò)5天沒(méi)有發(fā)送
7、Please provide additional comment or details 寫(xiě)上您的投訴事件，簡(jiǎn)單清楚即可。參考上邊的投訴范文。然后提交即可，接著等待ICANN的郵件，郵件里會(huì)有詳細(xì)指示，不出意外很快就會(huì)得到注冊(cè)商發(fā)來(lái)的域名轉(zhuǎn)移密碼。
